Who is calling me?

Callshake is a software provider, similar to Skype or Zoom. The call you received was made by a user of our software, not by Callshake itself. While we do not control the content of the calls, we can prevent our users from contacting you again.

Does this stop all spam calls?

No. This only stops calls originating from the Callshake network. If the person calling you switches to a different provider or uses their personal carrier, we cannot stop them. However, adding your number here ensures they cannot use our tools to contact you.

How long does the block last?

The block is permanent. If you wish to use Callshake services yourself in the future or receive calls from a legitimate Callshake user (like a business using our service), you will need to contact support to remove the block.

My number is already on the National Do Not Call Registry. Why did I get a call?

We strictly prohibit our users from calling numbers on National DNC registries for marketing purposes. If you received a sales call, the user has violated our Terms of Service. Please consider filing an Abuse Report instead so we can ban the user.
